There are many of us out there who can not afford a nice shiny new $1,000 computer. For those who fit in this category, read on! As any system builder will tell you, if you think smart you can still build a nice computer with a limited budget. This is very true, but always remember don't sacrifice quality for price. There are some products out there that may be cheaper now, but will cost you in the long run. This is especially true with the power supply.
